Dr. Anton Hoang was born and raised in Vietnam. He came to the States at the age of 16 and graduated High Schools, Colleges in Orange County. His background in engineering helps him to provide rationale care to patients. He has been practicing dentistry for over 12 years, especially to underserved community. Dr. Hoang and his wife are very spiritual. They like to spend their valuable off-from-work time to help needed community or church services. He extremely loves Vietnamese food. On the weekend, he normally hangs out with his beautiful wife and son.

Following his graduation from the prestigious Northwestern University Dental School in 1991, he practiced in the Navy and has since worked throughout multiple locations in California. He has over 32 years of experience and continually strives for excellence in his field, with particular expertise in the areas of root canals, implants and full-mouth cosmetics. Dr. Nguyen is also certified by BioHorizon in the industry-leading All-on-4 implant technique, a revolutionary solution for missing or decayed teeth. Patients often praise him for his thorough artistry and just as importantly, his gentle bedside manners. One of the many goals of Dr. Nguyen’s is to make a patient’s dental visit run as smoothly as possible. As the head dentist of CHD Dental Care, he will ensure all current and new patients have the best care in the most compassionate environment.

Dr. Pouya Vakilian graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology and Biochemistry with high Honors. After graduation, he moved to Boston where he attended Harvard School of Dental Medicine, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Vakilian went on to complete his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, a top-ranked medical school. Dr.Vakilian then remained in Dallas to complete a much sought-after training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the esteemed Parkland program.

Dr. Rezaie is a periodontist with an extensive dental background. Dr. Sara Rezaie earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in Iran where she began her dental career in 2008. After she moved to the United States in 2012, she attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine as well as an Honors in radiology in 2016. In 2019, Dr. Rezaie did her residency in periodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. With her extensive academic background, Dr. Rezaie provides the highest quality in a large variety of periodontal surgeries. Outside of work, Dr. Rezaie enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, reading books, and playing tennis and piano.
